What are the support frames made from? How durable are they?
Metal framework is made from either galvanised steel or extruded aluminium and will last a lifetime. Regular maintenance is required to keep them looking good. They may need an occasional lubrication to stop squeaks.

What are the fasteners and brackets made from?
To minimize corrosion, it is essential to use the proper materials up-front.

At Issey, we only use corrosion-resistant materials. All our nuts, bolts and fixings are made of marine grade stainless steel 314 and 316. Our brackets are powdercoated aluminium and steel.
