What are the prices of your products?
As we have 17 different products, each being custom made to different sizes and installations, a firm price can only be given after a formal site measure. Just call or email us to arrange a free measure and quote in metropolitan areas.

We do not price on a square metre basis, therefore, double the size is not double the price.

Who installs your products? Can I install them myself?
Issey only use their own Issey trained installers. This is because installation plays a very significant role in the performance of our awnings and blinds. If they are not installed correctly to begin with, many potential problems can occur. This is why we do not allow third parties to install in most circumstances. Our installers ensure a correct installation is conducted and a meticulous finish is achieved.

How long after I place my order will my sun shades be installed?
Each awning and blind is custom made in our Issey factory. There is a short lead time of between 5 and 8 weeks, depending on the time of year. Summer is the busiest season and therefore results in a longer lead time. Ordering earlier in the year normally shortens the lead time. You could already be enjoying the benefits of your sun shade for winter glare, UV protection and entertainment, and be prepared for when the summer heat hits!
